BD series

The BD series weight loss dosing adapt to the dosage of powders with critical non -slip and hygroscopic conditions.
The product manually enters the hopper or by butterfly valve, integrated mixer helps feed the double endless screw and avoid bridges or problems in the descent.
The heavy system with load cell measures the variation of the weight in real time.
The required production is obtained by varying the speed of the endless screw driven by inverter controlled motor.
Everything is managed from PLC Siemens that controls 1 to 8 dosing stations.
The operating interface has a 5.7 ”Siemens touch screen.
Profibus or Ethernet interface availability.
