In many probation processes of plastic material, vibrant channel dosing develop a fundamental role: they weigh and regulate the exact percentage of each component at the beginning of the transformation process.

5 basic models are available with different configurations of 2 to 6 components.
The operation cycle is totally automatic. The control with microprocessor with touch screen allows the operator to easily configure the dosing percentages.
Gravimetric dosing are easy to use, they can be installed on the floor or arranged over the transforming machine.
Special pneumatic gates ensure a minimum dosage of 0.5%.
Each dosing material is weighed in the heavy hopper; When reaching the total weight configured, the lot is downloaded in the heavy mixer that is responsible for mixing the different materials.
